Photo-Finish Friday -- Spirit of the Air in Wood

I found this root during our walk in the mountains on Easter Sunday.
To me it looks like a goose spirit captured in the wood.
What do you think?

Yes and perfect title to match.

Now that you have said that I can't see anything else.

First-rate photography, Leah.

Thanks, Tabor.

David, I took a chance saying what I thought it looked like. I knew it would colour everyone's perceptions.
Thanks.

My brain is porridge this morning. All I see is what looks like the trunk of one of those wind-twisted trees that grows out of rocks along the Pacific coast or at the timberline. As a root, it is a testament to the intelligence of plants in their underground reach for water and sustenance.

Oh, Leah that is lovely. Yes, the Spirit of Air is there.

Ron, you see what you see. And yes, it is.

Reb, thanks. It was a magnificent find.

Looks to me like someone bent over backwards doing one of those funky yoga poses, legs kicking away, that my wife is always suggesting I try. Thanks, but no thanks.

I saw a snake.... before you said goose. Now I see goose. :)

Messymimi, I think it might be a guardian spirit.

Chris, too limber for me.

Bag Lady, I can see how you'd see a snake.

Looks like an upside down person. Or what you said;)

I see what you see, too, Dawn.

I do see the goose with outstretched wing but I also see a kidlet doing a summersault

I can see seeing that, Hilary.
