Renders a scene like this.
Even the trees have someone to lean on.
I am very grateful to live where I do.
Turning a corner or climbing a hill opens eyes and hearts to a new wonderful view. Nature has so much to offer. We need only take the moment we are given and enjoy it.
Happy Week, Everybody.

I love those pictures!
You are indeed lucky to have such beautiful scenery so close by.
I'm lucky too to live in a place with easy access to gorgeous views and lots of nature. I'd struggle living somewhere I couldn't find trees, and lots of people find themselves surrounded by cement.
Thanks for the reminder!
Crabby, thanks so much.
If I could get to a tree I don't know what I'd do.
dfLeah - wonderful photos! And we are indeed lucky to have nature all around us!
In my response to Crabby it should read If I couldn't
Thanks, df Bag Lady.
"Even trees have someone to lean on"
Awwww.
Thanks, Missicat.
Oh, so pretty Leah! I am lucky that my city has lots of trees too. I just envy your lack of noise when you go out and about.
df Leah,
Great pictures! There is nothing in the world like a gorgeous natural scene. even a city girl like me can appreciate just looking at trees and sky.
It is the best feeling in the world to live in a place you truly treasure. Although I know that I am fortunate to be able to spend much of the winter in Florida. I am always happy to head home to New York. To quote the great philosopher Dorothy, visitor to Oz, "there's no place like home."
Lest you feel sorry for me living in a concrete jungle, I have a six hundred acre park abutting the development in which I live. Hurray for nature!!!
Terrie
Reb, thanks. The noise would get to me, but I'm sure Edmonton has some quiet places.
dfTerrie - You're lucky to have a huge park close by and to live in an exciting city. Dorothy was right.
Go Nature!
I love that second shot.. just beautiful.
Hilary, thank you so much. I was very pleased with how it turned out. I'm glad you like you it.
