Gratitude Monday -- Inside Out

Pretty Cold

They weather's taken a turn for the nasty lately with snow, blowing snow, and plunging teperatures.
I am so very glad to be able to stay indoors.

I'm glad you are safe and warm in all of that.

The picture remind me of the episode Laura Ingalls describes in her books, of frost on the windows, and using thimbles to make patterns in it.

Thanks, Messymimi. I've only read two of the the Little House books. I don't think that scene was in either of them.

Brrr - it's cold here, too, cousin! Lovely frost picture, though!

I'm with you on that one, Leah! I don't think our weather is nearly as bad as what you've been getting. I'm glad I'm not one of the ones stranded as some are in the south country. Stay inside, and be warm! Lovely photo of the real feel to this winter weather we're having!

Thank you, Dawn.

Reb, be careful out there.

Redbush, I feel so sorry for the stranded folk. I'm so grateful to be safe and warm in my house. Thanks.

The pic brings back memories of winter mornings and boyhood in a Nebraska farmhouse. Thanks.

The cold sure knows how to paint a window though. Lovely pattern. I hope folks clicked to enlarge it.

You're welcome, Ron.

Hilary, yes, the cold is quite an artist.
