It seems to be about the only time lately as errands and whatnot stretch out to take up most of the rest of the day.
Here's a bit of conversation Merelani is having with her daughter Eury:

And I remember those lines from Heidi!! Although it has been many, many years since I read it, I loved it so much, I read it over and over.

"Silver tea" intrigues me.
My sympathy on the errands and whatnot. That's what seems to eat my day, too. Driving Bigger Girl for two hours a day just to get her to work and back eats into everything.
Heidi is one of those books i was always sad to finish, i wanted the story to go on.

I'm glad I've piqued some interest. Without giving anything away the silver tea is a plot point based on colloidal silver. It's available, and even has some uses in cookery. I really can't recommend it for regular folk.

Never seen a turkey vulture roosting. It's mildly startling. I guess I half-imagined they soared constantly.
