"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."
-Hamlet, Act One, Scene Five
This above all: to thine ownself be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” - (again with the Hamlet)
Thanks, David. I hope you get there. It's got a lot to say for itself.
Tabor, we went to Cuba last winter. Two weeks on a tour with the Explore tour company. I've posted about it from time to time. Use Cuba in a blog search if you want to see more.
Great picture, lots of different things going on when you really look at it. Belated congratulations on the potw. I'm desperately trying to catch up before another round appears.
Someday I hope we lighten up a bit about Cuba here. It's like some vestigial attitude that no longer serves any purpose. And I, for one, wouldn't mind enjoying a fine cigar and a glass of rum while overlooking a view like that.

I really would like to visit one day.
So you went to Cuba? How did I miss that?

Very cool. I love old buildings.
Have a great weekend, cousin!
Very cool. Lovely colour on both of the buildings.
It reminds me of some places I have seen in Europe. Makes me want to go even more.
Love the photo. Cuba...I wish I could go.
Happy weekend.

I love this shot... the colours.. the laundry.. plants.. a bicycle. Wonderful.
Hey, thanks everybody. Glad the pic was a hit.
I just love the architecture in that photo. Whenever I see old world architecture I marvel at the creativity back then. Just amazing!
I thought it had such great texture and eye appeal.

I agree with Cricket on lightening up on Cuba AND about the rum...probably not the cigars, tho.
