I've done nothing, but neither have I caused it any harm.

That sounds about right--I haven't helped much, but haven't caused too much trouble either.
Maybe next week I can tip things in a more helpful direction.

And I haven't done much, either, in the way of helping the world... mostly just recycled a little air by breathing.
Well, I certainly haven't done a lot in the way of helping - the usual recycling, and of course, I don't drive so that's good.
