somehow we have appropriated the penguin (tho Im am sure we arent alone) as our 'thing' of calm.
The way they sliiiide on their bellies.
when the husband or I are frazzled we look at each other and say SLIDE.
(and yeah. we have various & sundry penguins around the house too :))
