"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."
-Hamlet, Act One, Scene Five
This above all: to thine ownself be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” - (again with the Hamlet)
Good you were philosophical about it. I have extreme paranoia about stuff flying off cars in front of us if the tethering looks the least bit flimsy. Has it ever happened? No, but I'm always convinced we're going to end up with a mattress on our windshield some day. I either leave a few miles of following distance or franticall pass at the first opportunity.

LOL - thanks for making me smile!
I would hope it was very secure! Cool how the mirrors don't look like glass.
My pleasure, Bag Lady.
Reb, it handled those rough roads. It sure was a sight.
Clever person! And clever you for snapping it.
A bus tour in Guatemala would be exciting but also a little insecure?
Messymimi, whoever put strapped that one gave it some thought.
It sure is exciting, Red. And yes, there's always a chance of something.
Great shot, and love the pun.
