I Love This Result

Here's a quiz from Blue Pyramid that you might enjoy. I know I did.
If you've ever wondered what book you are ...

I'm To Kill a Mockingbird!

by Harper Lee

Perceived as a revolutionary and groundbreaking person, you have
changed the minds of many people. While questioning the authority around you, you've
also taken a significant amount of flack. But you've had the admirable guts to
persevere. There's a weird guy in the neighborhood using dubious means to protect you,
but you're pretty sure it's worth it in the end. In the end, it remains unclear to you
whether finches and mockingbirds get along in real life.

Take the Book Quiz
at the Blue Pyramid.

Gee, Leah!
Thanks for a chuckle. I took a few of the tests and have discovered I am "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", "Thailand", a Groundhog (hmmm), "Wyoming" and the "Shanghai Transrapid"!! Who knew I had such a diversity of aspects to my personality. Perhaps it was too early on a Sunday morning to get a true reading...

Hey Bag lady - Glad you got a laugh. Sounds like you're a hard one to pin down...

She's not the only one, I got, "To Kill a Mockingbird", "Waiting for Godot" and another I can't remember. A couple of the questions, you need to be able to answer "both" to!
Good quiz!

Yes, Reb, you do.

Hi Leah,

This is terrific! I am Catch-22. I expected nothing less!

I linked to this post over at women of mystery!

I'm "Love in the Time of Cholera!"
by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
This appears to indicate that I "demonstrate undying loyalty by sleeping with as many people as you possibly can"!

Oh dear!

Wanna trade?? ;)

Terrie - Thanks for the link love. I get quite a kick out of these quizzes, too.
Well, Dawn, loyalty manifests in many forms. . .

Very cool link, Leah, thanks for spotting this.

I got Siddartha, which I'm sure I have just misspelled. Haven't read it since High School and don't really remember it--but it was interesting that the description actually did get at aspects of my personality (skepticism and indecisiveness) that weren't obvious from the questions they were asking. Very intriguing!

Hey Crabby - I've never read that book, but I'm intrigued now.

Seems to me I found the link to the quiz originally at AW in the Office Party thread.

Wow. I'm Dune by Frank Herbert. What's really odd is that even though his name is no longer on the film, David Lynch directed the film version. Synchronicity again.

Thanks, Leah! That was interesting.

You're welcome, Virginia. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thought you'd like to know that the sequel to this quiz, the Book Quiz II, was launched yesterday. Enjoy!
