"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."
-Hamlet, Act One, Scene Five
This above all: to thine ownself be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” - (again with the Hamlet)
Grateful today that yesterday I read and graded the last student paper of the semester: 153/153. It was on the subject of social accountability when convicts are later exonerated for crimes they didn't commit. Interesting study of police interrogation practices based on assumed guilt and getting false confessions.
It's wonderful when on can say they have a good problem. Things always COULD be so much worse..... Have a wonderful Monday! Gratefully yours....dawn;)))

Carla, we are blessed.
Ron, that sounds most interesting. False conviction happens entirely too often for my tastes. Once is too often for me. Glad you get a bit of break.
Life is good! I am grateful for my minor problems in the face of all the bad things that could happen!
dfBag Lady, that's right. When I think of what could be it underscores how good I've got it.

I am grateful to have a job to go to! I think about that on Monday mornings!
Thanks, Dawn. You, too.
Good way to go about it, Bossy Betty.
I am grateful that I have a cousin who reminds me to be grateful for the small things in life ;)
Aww, Reb. Thanks.
Grateful that I am breathing, even if the lungs are a little rattly with the cooler weather.
Breathing is definitely something to be grateful for, Messymimi.
That is a good problem.
David, it's one of the best.
A manuscript...seems so sophisticated. Wish I had one...!
Tabor, that's a lovely way to look at it.
I'm grateful that I now work from home. Still work, but pretty cruisy after years of working for others.
It's good to have it easier, Dawn.
With a positive outlook like yours, problems do appear to fade.
