So starts one of the many walks in the Siffleur area.
It's about a 90 minute or so drive from where I live. It makes for an easy day to drive out, select a hike, and be one with Nature.

I'm not sure why my photos from my Olympus have this fuzzy view. I apologize.

It's getting to be that time of year. . . .
It surely is, Chris.
My favorite out there is the walk up what we call whirl Pool Ridge. Quite often you don't make it to the top because of nasty weather. I've written about the first time I went up and an eagle tried to land on the cairn on top just as we got there. We ducked.
If i had a place i could hike that close, i'd be there once a week at least -- i couldn't stay away.
Gorgeous! Lucky you.
The fuzzy appearance probably occurred by choosing the wrong size when sharing from Flickr. That has happened to me a number of times.
If you're like me, once you paste the link info into Blogger, you sometimes change the dimensions to make it work with your blog set up (width). Never increase the dimensions from what you selected in Flickr. Try to select the exact size you want. If that's not an available option, always select one that's larger and then reduce it to the size you want in html mode. I hope that makes sense.
Messymimi, it's quite a draw.
Hilary, thanks for the Flickr tip. I'm sure you're right.
