Photo-Finish Friday -- Let Sleeping Dogs Sleep
This dog looks so happy and comfortable snoozing away on the grass.
I wish I could do it, too.
The flower in the foreground is something in the general calla lily family.

Gratitude Monday -- The Bench That Mike Built

Mike carved this bench. He started work in the spring. It needed some lengthy curing.
It's done now and in its rightful spot in the back yard by the garden.
I think he did a magnificent job and I am so grateful to have it.
