I had to hunt around to find how to put them back on. They are back on.
So sorry for the annoyance of wanting to comment and finding you couldn't.

So I'm so fed up with the blogger comment situation (not at your blog, at mine) that I'm quitting and joining the wordpress people.
I turned word verification off because it had become impossible, and now I get dozens and dozens of spam comments delivered to my mailbox every day. Grrrrrr.
Crabby, I don't blame you for switching.
Guess that's the good thing about not being famous, Crabby, i don't get much spam.
