"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."
-Hamlet, Act One, Scene Five
This above all: to thine ownself be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” - (again with the Hamlet)
Thank you for clearing this up for me, dfLeah. I was having some trouble understanding the current Canadian Political Suituation, but this helped immensely. (How did I miss this post yesterday? I could have saved myself a whole night of needless worry!)
We yanks are terrible about keeping current with Canadian events. I just have the vauge feeling that the more conservative elements have messed up and the chickens may be coming home to roost? But I have to confess to total ignorance about what's going on. Love the video explanation.
Thanks, Crabby. The PM spent his first term daring the Opposition to topple the government. When he got back in he tried it again in a much more mean-spirited attempt to cripple them and turn Canada into a de facto one - party state. I suspect the knives are out.

I'm glad I could help. All those years of reporting has helped me put things succinctly.

That clears up so much Leah! Thanks.
You are most welcome, Reb
