"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."
-Hamlet, Act One, Scene Five
This above all: to thine ownself be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” - (again with the Hamlet)
I saw a sandhill crane the other day, flying overhead, but didn't get a picture. And I'm still trying to capture a trumpeter swan on film. And that darned woodpecker..... Sigh.

Have a great weekend, cousin!
df Leah,
So I clicked and enlarged. How majestic is the eagle! How confident is the crane.
Just wonderful.
Thank you.
Terrie
I'm enjoying your bird images.
We have a lot of trees and consequently a lot of birds about. My winter garden is full of thrushes and blackbirds eating crab apples.
How beautiful they are.
fdBag Lady, we were so pleased to see those birds. It was a good birding day all around.
dfTerrie, you are so welcome.
Dawn, that must be quite a sight and a sound.
Yes, Reb, they sure are.
I have more in common with the Sandhill Crane but would love to hang with the Bald Eagle.
That would be great, David. To be up with the eagle.
Earth bird and sky bird -- I love them both. Beautiful pictures.
Thank you, Thomma Lyn. It was such a treat to see them.
